In this, we provide a candidate for permanent basis at client facility.
Candidate Selection:We have a strict selection process wherein our selection ratio is from 1:20 to 1:100, the pay scale expected would be based on the type of work and its complexity. Mostly we place those candidates who are experienced with us having been selected in this ratio. We have constant in-house training programs to enhance the capabilities of our employees. The candidates we place are usually ready to work on the project with a minimum learning efforts.
Replacement of Candidate:Once candidate is appointed in client company, we don’t not own any responsibility of replacing the candidate, if the candidate leaves your organization.However, we believe in being committed to our customer and shall not at any point of time in future entice or try to place the same candidate to any other customer. In the extreme case that the candidate approaches us for a different placement option including for reasons beyond our control, we shall endeavor to have a dialogue with both the candidate as well as with your management to retain the candidate (knowledge bank) in the same organization.Time frame for the placement activity:In case of any urgent requirements, we would be able to place existing employees who would be well versed with the required domain. However it is always preferable to have a time frame of a minimum of 3 to 4 weeks to place the ideal candidate for a particular post.
In this, candidates will be on our pay rolls and will be placed at client facility, with following options:
Contract period:The contract option is ideal for short term projects, overload situations / when there are intermittent work load situations. We shall provide suitable candidates based on your requirement.
Replacement of Candidate:We have designed a system wherein once the contracted engineer is familiar with client requirements & work culture, a second engineer will be deputed to work with the contracted engineer for a short duration of time, with client approval so that a second line is automatically developed at no extra cost. If the contracted engineer leaves the organization, then the other trained engineer is automatically deputed minimizing efforts from client end to make him familiar with your systems. However even after an initial interview of the candidate, client find him not suitable we shall replace the candidate with a suitable replacement within reasonable time.
Hiring the contracted employee & Non compete:The contracted engineer shall not be hired by client company, any of subsidiary unit, associated concerns, directly or indirectly for a minimum period of 2 years from the date of expiry of the contract.However, if you find the candidate suitable / have a need for permanent employment of the candidate during the period of contract, we charge a one time service fee of 10% of the CTC, the candidate is offered, as the placement fee. This offer is valid only after a minimum duration of 3 months of contractual period.Time frame for the placement activity.As you may be aware, we already have been providing services to the Engineering fraternity for quite some time now. In case of any urgent requirements, we would be able to place existing employees who would be well versed with the software and the required domain within a matter of days. However it is always preferable to have a time frame of a minimum of 3 to 4 weeks to place the ideal candidate for a particular post.
